Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referral networks, and creative strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming activities with the Talent Acquisition team to center around strategic improvements that create efficiencies and market reach.
  • Promote the company's culture and values through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiently manage and leverage the Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process while ensuring accuracy in data entry and utilizing its functionality to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process.

Education, Training & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

Computer Equipment and Software Proficiency

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Recruiting Platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake).
  • Internal job board (UKG).
  • Variety of online platforms (as needed).

Working Conditions

  • Business professional office environment.
  • 40-hour work week.
  • Occasional travel.
