About the role

As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, driving the strategy and execution needed to attract and secure top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and fill roles with speed and precision while continuously improving recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using ATS, HRIS platforms, and outbound recruiting techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across technical, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Drive proactive candidate outreach through cold calling, networking, social media, and referral channels.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within systems such as Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Paychex, or Salesforce.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent and strengthen market presence.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to enhance sourcing, outreach, and process efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows, pipelines, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, including technical, executive, campus, or internal hiring.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Paychex, BambooHR, or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws as they relate to recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with outbound recruiting techniques such as cold calling and lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A bias for action, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
