Responsibilities

  • Drive progressive integrated talent acquisition solutions using multiple sourcing methods including direct sourcing, social and industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, pre-employment assessments and other avenues identified.
  • Engage and attract top talent by reviewing candidate resumes and performing initial interviews to identify qualifications, skills and abilities required for the position ensuring they are a fit to the company culture.
  • Proactively engage hiring team to understand hiring challenges and provide innovative solutions to address hiring needs for the organization.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers on top candidates to interview.
  • Present, negotiate and close employment offers as well as support the final candidate in the pre-boarding phase.
  • Provide innovative recruiting ideas and strategies that result in timely flow and hire of qualified applicants.
  • Identify and meet recruitment goals by tracking, analyzing, and reporting strategic recruiting metrics to management.
  • Build a pipeline for current and future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
  • Support and participate in job fairs; network with schools and community groups; serve as a Parker brand and culture ambassador.
  • Participate on key project teams to generate and drive TA strategy within the organization.
  • Ensure that procedures are consistently used for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC and OFCCP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through four or more years of increasingly responsible related talent acquisition experience.
  • Ideal experience with technical, manufacturing recruiting background in the Phoenix metro area.
  • Knowledge on EEOC and OFCCP compliance requirements applied to recruitment process.
  • Ability to use standard business application software, HRIS and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to solve a wide range of unique problems that may require new approaches or significant modification of standard procedure.
  • Ability to establish goals and objectives and manage projects to completion.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management and/or customers.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and policy manuals.
  • Ability to effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization to expediently achieve company goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to customer service, company values and the organization.
