Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a talented and seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full life-cycle recruitment process for client groups within Element Solutions Inc. for our facility in California.
Responsibilities
- Executes the Talent Acquisition strategy, full lifecycle recruiting service model and meet/exceed established KPIs
- Collaborates with leadership, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess the right talent for our organization
- Sourcing candidates for the Talent Acquisition team
- Own the full cycle recruiting process for a brand new, rapidly scaling, high tech manufacturing facility
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations
- Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time
- Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process by providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from engagement stage to offer
- Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate key stakeholders on market dynamics
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers that are within budget, and in line with internal guidance and equity
- Manage vendor (staffing agency) relationship and expectations to support key business expansion
- Help to troubleshoot and triage recruitment processes workflow issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience with a focus on broad range of corporate functions with candidate generation in a highly complex and competitive market
- Knowledgeable in technical recruiting highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles
- Experience working on tight deadlines and with great pace
Qualifications
- Candidates must be committed to working onsite in Fremont, CA
- Flexible to work remotely up to two days per week
Skills
- Familiarity with Chemicals and Manufacturing industries and key talent within the STEM space
- Highly collaborative and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
- Able to serve as an ambassador for our most exciting, fastest pace facility
Benefits
The typical pay range for this position is anticipated to be between $38 and $58 per hour.
