Job Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and professional roles across direct hire, temporary, temp-to-hire, and contingent labor needs.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach for hard-to-fill roles.
- Build talent pipelines in key disciplines including electrical, mechanical, machine repair, rigging, and welding/fabrication.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical fit and alignment with business needs.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
- Support additional HR project-related initiatives and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience in skilled trades, industrial, commercial, or construction environments.
- Proven success sourcing and placing skilled trades and professional roles.
- Strong experience with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern sourcing tools.
- Experience using AI recruiting tools and automation technologies.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
