Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JES Holdings, a key division of Fairway Management, Inc., seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment, with demonstrated proficiency in sourcing candidates, creating job descriptions, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract potential candidates
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure a good fit
• Utilize interview screening questions and guidelines to ensure the correct candidates are selected
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a positive recruitment experience

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated use of multiple sourcing tools
• Experience compiling and managing recruiting metrics
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience recruiting candidates in the property management industry
• Sourcing candidates located in multiple cites/states, reporting to multiple hiring managers
