Job Responsibilities

  • Development of Hiring Network
    • Develop and execute a proactive, innovative, cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategy to target a pool of qualified applicants for vacancies and expansion
    • Develop and maintain a network and database of potential candidates for future needs, including a pipeline of passive candidates
    • Leverage social media platforms as an employee sourcing and employer branding tool
    • Develop and implement a structured process for identifying and tracking candidates to improve time-to-hire
    • Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, hot leads, referrals, and other potential prospects
    • Enter and maintain current, accurate, and consistent information in the applicant tracking system, including job posting content, applicant tracking and response, anecdotal information, and other required data
  • Coordination of Interviewing and Hiring Process
    • Develop and implement a structured process for identifying and tracking candidates to improve time-to-hire
    • Contact potential candidates, develop and document profiles and maintain contact notes within ATS system to ensure a high touch candidate experience and ensure Jersey College as an employer of choice
    • Conduct exit interviews, track quantitative and qualitative data and report to hiring Managers
  • Prioritize Recruiting, Screening, Interviewing and Onboarding
    • Enter and maintain current, accurate, and consistent information in the applicant tracking system, including job posting content, applicant tracking and response, anecdotal information, and other required data
    • Conduct reference and background checks, verification of licensure, and/or certification per Jersey College position requirements
    • Perform onboarding of applicants for positions in the organization

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of talent acquisition level experience conducting effective sourcing / full-cycle recruiting for a variety of leadership, management, clinical, professional, technical, and support positions
    • Bachelor degree preferred
    • An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping others succeed
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Healthcare industry or related field preferred
