Job Responsibilities
- Development of Hiring Network
- Develop and execute a proactive, innovative, cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategy to target a pool of qualified applicants for vacancies and expansion
- Develop and maintain a network and database of potential candidates for future needs, including a pipeline of passive candidates
- Leverage social media platforms as an employee sourcing and employer branding tool
- Develop and implement a structured process for identifying and tracking candidates to improve time-to-hire
- Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, hot leads, referrals, and other potential prospects
- Enter and maintain current, accurate, and consistent information in the applicant tracking system, including job posting content, applicant tracking and response, anecdotal information, and other required data
- Coordination of Interviewing and Hiring Process
- Develop and implement a structured process for identifying and tracking candidates to improve time-to-hire
- Contact potential candidates, develop and document profiles and maintain contact notes within ATS system to ensure a high touch candidate experience and ensure Jersey College as an employer of choice
- Conduct exit interviews, track quantitative and qualitative data and report to hiring Managers
- Prioritize Recruiting, Screening, Interviewing and Onboarding
- Enter and maintain current, accurate, and consistent information in the applicant tracking system, including job posting content, applicant tracking and response, anecdotal information, and other required data
- Conduct reference and background checks, verification of licensure, and/or certification per Jersey College position requirements
- Perform onboarding of applicants for positions in the organization
- 3 years of talent acquisition level experience conducting effective sourcing / full-cycle recruiting for a variety of leadership, management, clinical, professional, technical, and support positions
- Bachelor degree preferred
- An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping others succeed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Healthcare industry or related field preferred
