About the role

The role involves managing talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews
  • Preparing job descriptions and posting openings
  • Coordinating with HR to manage onboarding processes
  • Tracking candidate progress and maintaining candidate relationships
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and other recruitment tools

Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
