Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound messaging
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial phone screens and qualify candidates based on role requirements
- Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and drive
- Move qualified candidates through the interview process
Pipeline & Process Management
- Track all candidates in CRM and recruiting systems
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership
- Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with and not lost in the process
Recruiting Support
- Learn and apply recruiting best practices from leadership
- Track key metrics such as calls, interviews, and hires
