Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound messaging
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with prospects

Candidate Screening

  • Conduct initial phone screens and qualify candidates based on role requirements
  • Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and drive
  • Move qualified candidates through the interview process

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Track all candidates in CRM and recruiting systems
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership
  • Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with and not lost in the process

Recruiting Support

  • Learn and apply recruiting best practices from leadership
  • Track key metrics such as calls, interviews, and hires
