Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in finding the people crucial to the company's success. They act as an individual contributor, developing, driving, and executing comprehensive search strategies to recruit roles across all skill levels.

About the Role

Responsibilities include setting, tracking, and following up on all candidates, focusing on efficient, timely follow-up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews with solid qualified and interested candidates. They also determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly, develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions, and fully explain the steps of the DriveTime interview process to candidates so that they are clear on expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of playing well with others in a high-functioning team environment
  • Passionate and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and talent pipeline development

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
