Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies and universities.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and making recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus.
