Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Washington, DC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Fort Smith, AR, Houston, TX, Huntsville, AL, or Kansas City, KS. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies and universities.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and making recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus.
