Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Schedules and coordinates interviews in alignment with hiring manager availability
  • Communicates status updates to hiring managers using established processes
  • Gathers basic intake information using standardized templates

Sourcing and Talent Pipelines

  • Supports sourcing efforts through job postings, resume searches, and candidate outreach templates
  • Maintains candidate records and updates pipeline activity in the system

Candidate Assessment and Selection

  • Supports initial candidate screenings using defined criteria
  • Coordinates interviews and gathers structured feedback
  • Ensures candidates move through the process in a timely manner
  • Conducts credentialing process, if applicable

Recruitment Operations and Analytics

  • Follows established recruitment and onboarding procedures to maintain compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations
  • Delivers a positive candidate experience while maintaining a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Supports job postings and basic employer branding activities, including hiring event attendance
  • Initiates and tracks onboarding activities within the HRIS, including completion of new hire documentation, I-9 verification, and coordination of pre-employment requirements
  • Accurately enters and maintains candidate and new hire data; submits and tracks account requests and system access to ensure new hires are set up for success on day one

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • 1-2 years of HR recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with an HRIS or ATS and Microsoft products
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Requires standing or sitting in a stationary position as well as the occasional need to lift, carry, push, and/or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Requires the use of computer technology/equipment
  • Requires the ability to receive information in person and over the telephone
  • Requires the ability to convey detailed and important instructions or ideas accurately

Benefits

This position is eligible for overtime.

Pay

$55,000 - 60,000 per year ($26.44 - 28.85 per hour)
