Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews
• Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Qualifications

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
