Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Review and assess high volumes of incoming applications to identify qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, availability, and overall fit for specific roles.
- Coverage of interviews between candidates and hiring teams with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Aid in offer generation, processing, and follow-through to support timely and smooth onboarding.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and meet staffing goals and timelines.
- Ensure all recruiting processes and documentation are executed with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, recruiting, and hiring for operational or frontline roles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data and candidates without error.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with technical recruiting is beneficial for specialized or skilled roles.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools to coordinate interviews and hiring activities efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Comfort working in environments that require high urgency and adaptability to changing hiring needs.
Work Environment
This role supports hiring for a manufacturing-focused environment in or around Mukwonago. The position involves working extensively with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools, handling a high volume of requisitions and candidate interactions. The work setting is fast-paced and detail-oriented, requiring regular collaboration with HR and hiring managers and frequent communication with candidates across multiple channels.

This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
