Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Corporate Recruiter, where you’ll play a key role in supporting corporate hiring, partnering with leaders, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a thoughtful recruiting experience from intake through offer.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, creating a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong pipelines by sourcing and engaging qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, events, and proactive outreach.
- Drive progress against monthly hiring goals while balancing speed, quality, and the overall candidate experience.
- Consult with hiring leaders to clarify role needs, share market insights, shape recruiting strategies, and support competitive offer decisions.
- Screen, assess, interview, and advance candidates through the hiring process using the applicant tracking system and established recruiting standards.
- Keep candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners informed through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication.
- Manage approximately 15–20 open requisitions while keeping priorities organized, pipelines active, and hiring activity moving forward.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or high-volume environment.
- Experience using sourcing tools and job platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar resources.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to consult with hiring leaders, influence decisions, and provide a high level of service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and urgency.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and consultative recruiting skills.
- Comfort using recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and market insights to guide priorities and recommendations.

Pay
The starting pay range for this position is: $69,300.00 - $92,600.00. Additionally, for full-time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team, and personal performance.
