Talent Acquisition Specialist
Function as an advisor and partner to senior leadership, hiring managers, and human resources to align talent acquisition strategies across subsidiaries.
- Develop creative recruiting methods, stay up-to-date with trends, and manage external recruitment vendor relationships.
- Will consider cost-benefit analysis to evaluate alternate approaches.
- Establish guidelines for outside recruiters.
- Implement recruitment strategies, with an emphasis on talent pipeline development.
- Create and build relationships with trade schools, high schools, and colleges to grow the pipeline.
- Lead projects efficiently and partner with our internal marketing department to create recruitment advertising strategies.
Requirements
Experience in leading recruiting efforts and finding qualified candidates to support multiple locations and industries.
- Experience in building, motivating, and developing effective teams.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.
- PREFERRED: Knowledge of the advanced manufacturing industry.
