Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities from hiring request intake through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
  • Perform advanced passive sourcing for technical, cleared, corporate, and proposal-related roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and internal pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align expectations, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Screen, coordinate and oversee the interview process, including in-person interviews, technical panels, and final-round discussions.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Work with external staffing partners and recruiting agencies to support sourcing, candidate submissions, and interview coordination as needed.

Procurement & Administrative Support

  • Track and maintain records of POs and support timely processing and approvals in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Cook up contract-related purchase orders and billable requirements.
  • Provide daily administrative support, including but not limited to onboarding setup, facilities and coordination of meetings and events.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3+ years of combined Talent Acquisition or related experience, including technical or federal recruiting experience. Strong familiarity with ATS platforms; iCIMS/ADP experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Interest in continued professional growth across Talent Acquisition.

The salary range for this position is between $55k - $65k yearly.
