About the Role

This fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position supports the recruitment of hourly employees across a distributed work environment. The role focuses on sourcing, identifying, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates while helping maintain an efficient, data-driven hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to support immediate staffing needs, long-term talent strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, and a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and post job requisitions for open positions.
  • Review resumes and evaluate applicants against position requirements.
  • Conduct phone screenings with prospective candidates.
  • Cook up interviews and manage related scheduling and logistics.

  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes for hourly positions across a distributed workforce.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through appropriate recruiting channels.
  • Contribute to the organization’s overall hiring strategy to help build diverse and qualified teams.
  • Help ensure current staffing needs are met while supporting long-term talent planning.
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to establish clear candidate and interviewer expectations.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes designed to provide candidates with a positive and consistent experience.
  • Partner with Human Resources leadership and the broader HR team to implement workforce diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Use recruiting data and hiring information to support informed talent acquisition decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Able to support quality-focused recruiting efforts with an emphasis on employee retention.

Pay

$55,000 per year
