Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist

This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both proactively sourcing top talent and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle. Approximately half of this role focuses on sourcing and talent pipeline development, while the other half is dedicated to full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about finding exceptional talent. They embrace new technologies, including AI, to improve recruiting efficiency and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, from sourcing through offer.Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsPartner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and guide them through the hiring processConduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer managementDeliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalismLeverage AI and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, efficiency, and hiring outcomesMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking systemTrack recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processesSupport employer branding, recruiting initiatives, and other People Operations projectsStay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and emerging technologies Successful Candidates Will Possess: 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including significant experience sourcing passive candidatesDemonstrated success recruiting for a wide range of professional positions in a fast-paced environmentMUST have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methodsExperience leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Gemini, or similar technologies) to improve sourcing and recruiting workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityA proactive, self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgencyExperience with applicant tracking systems and Google WorkspaceAlignment with PragerU's mission and values How to Apply: First review our website at www.prageru.com. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
