Responsibilities

  • Manage the Hiring Journey & Client Relationships: Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their unique needs, lead intake meetings, and guide them through the hiring process. Serve as a trusted partner—providing recommendations, setting expectations, and ensuring a seamless experience from kickoff to offer.
  • Develop & Execute Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Go beyond inbound applicants by building creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent. Leverage a mix of networking, direct outreach, recruiting platforms, and AI-powered tools to find the right candidates for each role.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles so we’re always one step ahead of hiring needs.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Use your keen eye for talent to conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide thoughtful, well-rounded recommendations to clients.
  • Leverage Technology & AI: Utilize modern recruiting tools, systems, and AI to streamline workflows, improve sourcing effectiveness, and enhance the overall hiring experience.
  • Deliver a Five-Star Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, ensuring a positive, respectful, and engaging process.
  • Develop Best Practices: Share your ideas and insights to continuously improve our hiring processes, tools, and resources.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with experience managing hiring processes and sourcing talent.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing Mindset: You’re proactive and know how to find talent beyond job postings.
  • Tech & AI Curiosity: Interest in using modern tools and AI to enhance your recruiting approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Attitude: Compassion, drive, and open-mindedness with a positive approach.

  • Compensation in the $50–$58k range, depending on experience.

Schedule

Remote role in Eastern or Central Time Zones, with occasional travel to Bethlehem, PA.
