About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. You will use job boards, social media, networking, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates, conduct initial outreach and screening, maintain candidate databases, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process. This is an onsite position, located out of one of our WI offices: Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah, or Green Bay.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates to build a talent pipeline
  • Use job boards, social media, networking, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or previous experience in recruitment, with an emphasis on sourcing
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn is a MUST
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action, and Diversity Policies
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
