Talent Acquisition Sourcer
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by assisting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying candidates. This role is a recruitment specialist who proactively researches, identifies, and engages potential candidates—particularly "passive" talent—using advanced search techniques. The Sourcer builds talent pipelines for current and future roles, supports the recruitment and selection process, and works collaboratively with HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition Team, and other internal stakeholders. This position focuses on sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-performing talent aligned with Alcami’s culture while fostering a positive candidate experience.
This is a 100% remote position, with preference given to candidates who reside near an Alcami site, particularly in or around the Raleigh-Durham area. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient and professional sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices to ensure service excellence, a positive candidate experience, and timely results.
- Implement and develop sourcing strategies for proactive talent management using talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.
- Engage in detailed job scope conversations during intake meetings with hiring managers and the TA team to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and providing interview support.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates and new sourcing channels for various locations.
- Attend in-person and virtual job fairs in coordination with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers.
- Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the team.
- Leverage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drive timely review of applicants.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles.
- Develop and provide accurate, regular reporting of sourcing activities, using KPIs and trend analysis to identify opportunities for service excellence.
- Ensure timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems preferred.
