As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer on KLA's global Talent Acquisition team in Ann Arbor, Michigan, you will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for technical, engineering, and business-critical U.S. positions. You will leverage market intelligence, sourcing technologies, and proactive outreach strategies to build highly qualified talent pipelines and support hiring initiatives across multiple U.S. and Global business functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify qualified passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including internet research, talent mapping, publication searches, patent searches, social networking platforms, and professional communities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across multiple geographies and disciplines.
• Initiate and manage candidate outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, professional networking platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Qualify candidate interest, experience, and alignment with position requirements prior to recruiter engagement.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout sourcing interactions.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, candidate engagement metrics, and recruiting outcomes.
• Present qualified candidate slates to recruiting partners within agreed
