Responsibilities

  • Establish productive and efficient working relationships with the peer talent acquisition team.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Present ideas to improve recruiting strategies to assist with best outcomes.
  • Educate HR team and operational leads on the latest and / or most effective recruiting modalities.
  • Participate and hold recruitment events as needed.
  • Constantly assume role of process improvement steward to enhance the candidate and hiring manager’s experience.
  • Provide market and professional expertise in the areas of recruitment to HR and operational business partners.
  • Aid in facilitating the onboarding and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
  • Create and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
  • Promote Jupiter Medical Center's culture, value, brand, and articulate why candidates should choose JMC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, HR Management, Clinical or related field required or equivalent experience in the field.
  • One year recruiting experience required with healthcare experience.
  • One year experience with direct sourcing including cold calling and social media.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results when working with all levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment metrics, i.e., turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill metrics.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Strong communication/organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers to secure an expedient job posting, offering, pre-employment/screening and onboarding experience.
  • Ability to maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times.
  • Ability to effectively lead recruiting debriefing sessions with HR team and operational leads.
  • Ability and willingness to work until the job gets done.
