Responsibilities
- Establish productive and efficient working relationships with the peer talent acquisition team.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Present ideas to improve recruiting strategies to assist with best outcomes.
- Educate HR team and operational leads on the latest and / or most effective recruiting modalities.
- Participate and hold recruitment events as needed.
- Constantly assume role of process improvement steward to enhance the candidate and hiring manager’s experience.
- Provide market and professional expertise in the areas of recruitment to HR and operational business partners.
- Aid in facilitating the onboarding and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
- Create and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
- Promote Jupiter Medical Center's culture, value, brand, and articulate why candidates should choose JMC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, HR Management, Clinical or related field required or equivalent experience in the field.
- One year recruiting experience required with healthcare experience.
- One year experience with direct sourcing including cold calling and social media.
- Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results when working with all levels of leadership.
- Knowledge and understanding of recruitment metrics, i.e., turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill metrics.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems.
- Strong communication/organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers to secure an expedient job posting, offering, pre-employment/screening and onboarding experience.
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times.
- Ability to effectively lead recruiting debriefing sessions with HR team and operational leads.
- Ability and willingness to work until the job gets done.
