We’re looking for a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our staffing goals through candidate and hiring-manager relationship management, guided by our values of Compassion, Trust, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation.
About the role
You’ll meet recruitment targets by identifying, sourcing, and screening talented, qualified, and diverse candidates while ensuring a fast, positive selection experience. You’ll also guide candidates through background checks, collaborate closely with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Shared Services, and act as a Talent Advisor to the business—building trust at every level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities to meet organizational staffing objectives.
- Manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Source, screen, and advance diverse, qualified candidates efficiently.
- Support candidates during background checks to ensure a smooth, elevated experience.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Shared Services to enhance the HR experience.
- Serve as a Talent Advisor to the business, building strong, trusted relationships across all levels.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 years of human resources, recruitment, or related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Two years of previous recruitment experience in healthcare.
- Experience with Workday.
- Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or equivalent.

Pay
$27.80 – $41.69 per hour, depending on experience.
