Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Utilize strong technical recruiting acumen to find and engage top-tier talent, shaping and scaling semiconductor manufacturing teams.
- Successfully manage and fill a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as an advocate for both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate, evaluating skill levels, and driving the interview and offer processes.
- Proactively source candidates through various methods (digital, social media, events) to build a consistent pipeline for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring team strategies, objectives, culture, and skill needs to co-author effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Align with interview teams to ensure efficient preparation before and during the interview process.
- Recommend, negotiate, and close offers, effectively selling TSMC’s compensation philosophy, culture, and the unique impact of roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification and assessment through offer.
- Maintain clear and consistent records in our system, ensuring reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience.
- Utilize hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Technical Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume corporate or staffing agency environment.
- Experience recruiting hourly pay rates, technicians, and high-volume positions.
- Advanced knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment preferred.
- Patient, communicative, collaborative team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service.
- Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality; self-sufficient, able to work with ambiguity.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Shift Expectations:
- Standard work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
- Onsite work ONLY, no remote options available.
