Job Duties

  • Ensure the organization can effectively attract and secure the talent needed to support business growth and operational needs across the region.
  • Owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments (with a demonstrated track record of direct candidate sourcing to KONE).
  • Use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; which is defined as: 2+ years of hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive-candidate channels.
  • Prominent ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and driving aligned recruiting strategies.
  • Operates as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring managers with credibility, consultative insight, and a focus on long-term talent pipeline development.

Hiring Requirements

  • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity standards across all recruiting activities.
  • 3+ years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles.
  • 2+ years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Prominent experience using data, market insights, and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Annual Base Pay Range

The hiring range for this role is $93,400 – $122,640. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
