Responsibilities
- Follows defined processes for screening, moving, and dispositions of an approximately 80/20 active vs. passive applicant pipeline.
- Maintains high professionalism and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process and afterwards.
- Communicates effectively with all individuals in the hiring process as instructed by the Team Lead and at times supports senior level recruiters.
- Manages pipeline activity and maintains data integrity while proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Daily uses internal ATS, job boards, and tools to find active candidates in the marketplace, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Follows the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring across assigned Paycom departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Works with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and executes a custom hiring strategy.
- Helps the recruiting team meet and exceed goals while building additional sourcing and recruiting skills and tactics with the support of leadership.

Specializes in matching the right person for the right position within the company.
Goal-driven with a sales and service mentality.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 per annum.
