In this Role you will…
- Conduct full cycle recruitment, identify strategies to enhance the TA process
- Oversee TA projects such as new openings
- Review resumes, interview candidates (by video and in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory
- Actively source talent
- Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned locations
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Prior 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management proficiency preferred
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Hospitality, Restaurant, And/or Hotel Experience Preferred
- Familiar and comfortable with HRIS and ATS
- Experience in a demanding, fast-paced, work environment
- Highly organized and process-oriented
