The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports field operations and corporate hiring needs through effective full-cycle recruiting. This role helps implement talent acquisition strategies, framework, and sourcing approaches to meet current staffing needs while supporting short- and long-term business objectives. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring priorities, proactively source and engage talent, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Post open positions, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Extend offers, send candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters.
- Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening.
- Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow established recruiting processes and timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in high volume, metrics-driven recruiting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
