Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Sources and engages candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms
Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for repeat or high-volume roles
Conducts video and in-person interviews to screen candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for the role
Ensures a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintains accurate candidate records and hiring activity within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
Collaborates with recruiting teammates and People Experience partners (HR, Compensation, Operations)
Supports recruiting initiatives, events, or projects as needed
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports hiring across multiple areas of Commerce's business. They partner closely with hiring teams to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent in competitive markets.

- Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for repeat or high-volume roles
- Conducts video and in-person interviews to screen candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for the role

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a technology, software, or SaaS environment (in-house or agency)
- Comfortable sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool (Workday experience is a plus)
- Solid interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications, culture alignment and potential
- Comfortable learning and using emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring teams
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to support teammates and pitch in where needed
- Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and closing offers successfully
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Commerce offers a competitive compensation package, including a national base salary range, variable compensation, equity, and benefits in accordance with local policies. Details will be shared during the hiring process.
Pay
The national base salary range for this role is posted above in this job post. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office to balance focused individual work and meaningful in-person collaboration.
