Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition programs, including day-to-day operational oversight, work assignments, hiring, and performance coaching of team members involved in the program(s).
- Manage expense and ensure regulatory compliance with the programs.
- Partner within the human resources team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs to the organization, balancing independent management with the needs of operational leaders.
- Consult as a subject matter expert throughout the recruiting and hiring process to deliver the proper quality and quantity of support for the program.
- Work independently with minimal direction, determining methods, approaches, work priorities, and timelines for own work and program teams.
- Resolve unique and complex challenges, generating solutions that consider wider implications beyond the immediate problem.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Maintain understanding of compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify program gaps and plan for action using strong relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or other business-related field with human resource coursework required.
- In lieu of education, leadership may consider a combination of post-secondary education and work experience.
- Independent decision-making and leadership qualities are desired.
- Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to develop close relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient with HR technologies.
- Demonstrated efficient time management, coordination, and project management skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $27.50 - $44.00 per hour
