About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities, updating reports/trackers, and providing administrative support to the TA team. This is a temporary contract position with potential to convert to a permanent position, requiring full-time on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Manage projects, employee records, and data within systems.
- Assist with pre-employment activities and audits of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system and Excel trackers.
- Provide support in augmented staffing programs and processes.
- Ensure tasks comply with company policies, federal and state laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an expert level.
- Ability to work with great accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS and/or TA systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing and a global environment.
Work Location
Phoenix, AZ. Full-time on-site presence required. Training also in Phoenix, AZ. No travel required.
