About the Role
Join our People Services & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals in Verona, WI, and play a vital role in building our high-performing team. In this dynamic role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple locations - Pasadena, CA, San Diego, CA, Madison, WI and Verona, WI - to attract top talent and drive hiring strategies. As a strategic and detail-oriented recruiter, you'll leverage your relationship-building to connect great people with great opportunities. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on Arrowhead's growth, culture, and success.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from building job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, and extending offers
- Candidate Experience - Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Scheduling & Coordination- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate efficient scheduling.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers, People Services & Culture, and business leaders to understand talent needs and help implement recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing - Leverage job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
- Applicant Tracking - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Employer Branding - Represent the company at career events, networking functions, and industry forums to enhance employer brand presence.
- Market Insights - Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Ad-hoc Support - assist with various People Services and talent-related initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture site partners.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Enjoys working on a computer and in an office setting.
- Self-starter who is motivated to complete and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment.

- Recruiting experience for pharmaceutical, biotech or manufacturing setting
- Experience using Greenhouse
Pay
California pay range: $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD
