About the role

You will be part of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team and support the growth of the business by bringing high-quality candidates into the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing experience in high-volume internal recruitment. We will support you with the right training and development to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and offer management.
  • Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to understand the strategic direction of the business, the talent strategy, and workforce planning needs.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert including market insights, industry trends, job knowledge, and ongoing business strategy in order to influence hiring decisions.
  • Researches, recommends, and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Ensures hiring managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication.
  • Serves as a candidate selection subject matter expert and trains hiring teams on the ‘best in class’ recruiting process, competency selection, and behavioural-based interviewing.
  • Responsible for timely activity and system updates (candidate workflow, posting requisitions, raising offers etc.) to ensure analytics and metrics are accurate.
  • Continuously looks at process improvement, creating efficiencies, and tools to enhance the TA experience for multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Acts as the brand ambassador by providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function.
  • Internal recruitment experience and the ability to source candidates across different functions and industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise and influence to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.
  • Great communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Work Environment

This Poland-based role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.

Pay

Hiring range: 112,500 – 128,000 PLN gross per year (12 pay periods). The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.

This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
