About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner – Manufacturing will own full-cycle recruiting for our Florence, KY manufacturing site, supporting both high-volume hourly hiring and ongoing recruitment for manufacturing support and operations positions.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for Manufacturing Production workers supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Recruit exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles.
- Partner closely with Operations leaders and HR to understand production forecasts, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Build creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, technical schools, and local partnerships.
- Cover hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community recruiting activities.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting within ATS (Lever).
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel health.
- Partner with HR and Operations to continuously improve hiring processes and onboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interviewing, market conditions, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Bright Machines' reputation as an employer of choice within the local manufacturing community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similar environments.
- Experience leading high-volume hourly recruiting.
- Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruiting channels.
- Experience coordinating hiring events and community recruiting initiatives.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- IT would be great if you had experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Experience recruiting production, assembly, warehouse, or skilled manufacturing talent.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Pay
$80,000 - $115,000 a year
