About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles within an assigned client group. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job requisitions and recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
  • Build talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and networking
  • Cook up and coordinate job fairs, open houses, and outreach events
  • Manage candidate communications, including interview coordination and dispositioning
  • Conduct reference checks and verify credentials, licenses, and background requirements
  • Prepare and extend employment offers and educate candidates on compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and orientation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)

At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration

High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)

At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
