Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent for the company. The incumbent will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs. This position will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions and documentation through Jobvite ATSP
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders and conduct in-take calls to understand their hiring needs
- Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Affiliate at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
- Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned
- Stay apprised of trends in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically
- Provide various support and cross-functional collaboration on projects at the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition
- Add additional assignments relative to talent acquisition as deemed necessary by business needs

Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: None required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in talent attraction preferably in the construction/engineering industry

Pay
The salary range for this position is $102,000 to $120,000. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
Schedule
A minimum of two in-office days per week is required.
