About the role

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders and Human Resources to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting professional with strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization, from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Sources, attracts, screens, interviews, and assesses candidates through various channels and sourcing methodologies.
  • Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
  • Recommends and facilitates placement opportunities for both internal employees and external candidates.
  • Utilizes HRIS, ATS, recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and other sourcing technologies to identify and engage talent.
  • Analyzes recruiting metrics and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Evaluates and enhances recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Collaborates with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that improve candidate engagement, hiring outcomes, and employee retention.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing market insights and talent recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a related role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional, sales, technical, operations, and leadership positions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and other proactive recruiting methods.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or field-based organizations is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving high-quality candidate referrals through employee referral programs.
  • Experience with career fairs, networking events, community outreach efforts, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ability to administer and promote employee referral programs to drive high-quality candidate referrals.
  • Experience reviewing employment applications, background screening results, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders.
