About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for corporate & technology, you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across business and technical functions. You’ll serve as a consultative partner to HR and business leaders—balancing strategic insight with hands-on recruiting execution. Leveraging your knowledge in the tech industry, you’ll help build strong pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, and champion an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Auctane’s business objectives. This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, TX.

The People Team at Auctane is dedicated to serving the needs of the business and the team members who keep it running. We work across employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, total rewards, HRIS, compensation, and learning & development. Though we’re a fast-moving team with many responsibilities, we collaborate to ensure every aspect of an employee’s experience is thoughtfully considered and aligned with the organization's values.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a full-cycle recruiter, leading hiring efforts primarily for corporate and technical roles (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Engineering), adapting quickly to changing business priorities.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and engagement.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for in-house experience in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success hiring across diverse business and technical roles (Product, Marketing, Software Engineering, Finance, etc.).
- Consultative and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
- Proven track record managing high-volume and specialized searches with speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across HR, business, and leadership teams.
Skills
- Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Comfortable adopting new recruiting technologies and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
