Talent Acquisition Business Partner
The TA Business Partner is an exempt role and part of our Talent Acquisition team. This position provides the highest level of customer service in recruitment and sourcing, resume review, phone screens, tracking and organizing data, posting positions on job boards, offer letters, and working with Human Resources (HR) and location team representatives to expedite the onboarding process for new team members. This role will focus primarily on Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recruitment; some knowledge or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and track/organize data.
- Utilize creative thinking to develop and implement effective TA sourcing and recruiting plans to hire the right talent at the right time.
- Partner with hiring managers to collect position information and prepare/edit job descriptions.
- Open job postings in iCIMS ATS and perform searches for qualified candidates using ATS, networking, internet resources, social media, university recruiting, personal sourcing, and employee referrals.
- Develop and execute a coherent and sustainable college recruiting strategy; attend job fairs and university recruiting events.
- Monitor the market for BCBA and similar roles; collaborate with supervisors to address threats to applicant and employee pools.
- Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess work history, training, education, job skills, culture fit, and soft skills.
- Schedule interviews, collaborate with hiring managers on next steps, and extend offers of employment.
- Manage candidates in the ATS and ensure all required documentation is completed before transferring to HR/Payroll.
- Leverage TA performance scorecards to drive continuous improvement of KPIs and enhance sourcing/recruiting efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies for Talent Acquisition, selection, and recruitment.
- Coordinate pre-start activities and onboarding with HR, Payroll, and Operations.
- Close roles appropriately to maintain strong applicant communications.
- Analyze employee retention over the first 6 months and revise recruiting practices to improve long-term success.
- Fully comply with laws, regulations, and BlueSprig processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience recruiting behavioral health or psychology positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral-based interviewing, assessment techniques, and applicant tracking processes.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition as a function, including best practices and industry trends.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to bend, drive, kneel, crouch, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay
$65,000 - $75,000 with an incentive program of up to $2,000 per hire.
Schedule
Exempt role. Remote work with preferred time zones: PST, MT, or CT. Primary market: West, with opportunities to support other markets based on business needs.
