Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify candidates for Travel positions for all Vibra/Ernest locations.
  • Provide support to new customer locations as Vibra travels grows.
  • Utilize all internal and external resources to present qualified candidates and complete the full-cycle hiring process, including making offers and communicating details to candidates and hospitals.
  • Maintain relationships with travelers to convert them to the next assignment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
  • Travel recruiting experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.

Qualifications

  • Multi-state, multi-site experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.
  • Projects a professional image.
  • Knows regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Has strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Has working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
