Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify candidates for Travel positions for all Vibra/Ernest locations.
- Provide support to new customer locations as Vibra travels grows.
- Utilize all internal and external resources to present qualified candidates and complete the full-cycle hiring process, including making offers and communicating details to candidates and hospitals.
- Maintain relationships with travelers to convert them to the next assignment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
- Travel recruiting experience required.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
Qualifications
- Multi-state, multi-site experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.
- Projects a professional image.
- Knows regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Has strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Has working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
