About the Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Partner RPO manages full-cycle recruitment activities for key client organizations, connecting qualified candidates with relevant career opportunities. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, strengthening client relationships, and delivering a positive hiring experience. The position contributes directly to client workforce goals and candidate career development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for client organizations.
  • Connect with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals and match them with appropriate opportunities.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships through social networks, professional communities, and industry channels.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies designed to attract qualified and diverse talent.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates against client requirements.
  • Advocate for candidates by providing relevant information and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare candidates with the information and resources needed for successful employment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates while meeting established performance goals.
  • Monitor labor market and workforce trends and provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay Range

$52,500–$87,500 per year. This position is not incentive eligible.
