About the role
We run full-cycle recruiting for priority roles including sourcing, screening, driving the process, and closing deals. Our recruiters handle timelines, visas, travel, relocation, and compensation expectations within Ashby, ensuring all processes are logged and managed efficiently.
We keep our pipelines moving within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), advancing or dispositioning candidates within days, not weeks. This ensures that hiring managers and leadership gates can make informed decisions based on up-to-date information.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage candidates for priority roles
- Manage timelines, visas, travel, relocation, and compensation expectations
- Ensure all processes are logged and managed efficiently
- Keep pipelines moving within SLAs, advancing or dispositioning candidates within days
- Feed structured signal to hiring managers and leadership gates to reduce late-stage surprises
Requirements
- Experience running a full-cycle desk with 30-40 active candidates
- Ability to source your own pipeline independently
- Move quickly while maintaining process integrity
Qualifications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience with AI sourcing tools
Skills
- Effective sourcing and screening techniques
