Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers globally to fill positions across North America (U.S. & Canada).
- Understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Use headhunting techniques: direct search & sourcing, market mapping, talent intelligence, and proactive outreach to identify niche and hard-to-find profiles.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of leadership, engineering, technical, operations and functional talent relevant to the mining industry.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding, ensuring a professional & optimal candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives, positioning FLSmidth as an employer of choice for mining professionals in India.
- Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally including Executive Search, direct search/headhunting.
- A proven track record of sourcing and engaging talent in technical, engineering, or industrial domains.
- Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools.
- A proactive, “hunter” mindset with the ability to spot and attract hidden talent.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education.
- Proven success in executive search and headhunting roles.
- Experience in sourcing and engaging talent in technical, engineering, or industrial domains.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS systems and digital sourcing tools.
