Position Details
Location: Williston, VT
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
General Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions while developing recruiting strategies that support both current and future workforce needs.
- Build relationships within the community, represent AstenJohnson at recruiting events, and help create a positive candidate and new hire experience.
- Partner with the HR Manager on workforce planning and other HR initiatives that support long-term talent needs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
- Represent AstenJohnson at job fairs, career fairs, and community events.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and utilize Dayforce analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, technical centers, and workforce development organizations.
- Explore internship, apprenticeship, and other workforce development opportunities.
- Promote AstenJohnson as an employer of choice through community engagement, social media, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support onboarding activities and participate in Day 1 orientation.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative support as business needs require.
