Position Details

Location: Williston, VT
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.

General Scope of Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions while developing recruiting strategies that support both current and future workforce needs.
• Build relationships within the community, represent AstenJohnson at recruiting events, and help create a positive candidate and new hire experience.
• Partner with the HR Manager on workforce planning and other HR initiatives that support long-term talent needs.

Specific Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
• Represent AstenJohnson at job fairs, career fairs, and community events.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and utilize Dayforce analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, technical centers, and workforce development organizations.
• Explore internship, apprenticeship, and other workforce development opportunities.
• Promote AstenJohnson as an employer of choice through community engagement, social media, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities and participate in Day 1 orientation.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative support as business needs require.
