We are hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for executing and maintaining the operational foundation of the Talent Acquisition function. This role ensures recruiting systems, reporting, processes, and compliance practices are consistently applied and effectively support hiring activity across the organization. The right candidate will work closely with the Sr TA Technology, AI & Analytics Lead to operationalize system changes, reporting frameworks, and process improvements, while serving as a day-to-day partner to recruiters and TA leaders to drive consistency, accuracy, and accountability in how work gets done. Why This Role Matters It creates the operational backbone that lets TA Specialists focus on recruiting. Systems, reporting, and process execution are the infrastructure everything else runs on—without someone owning that, recruiters end up doing operational work themselves, pulling time and focus away from candidate and hiring manager relationships. Turning data into decisions and scaling the TA function lets the recruiting engine run reliably, transparently, and consistently at scale. In This Role, You Will Manage the day-to-day TA operations across systems, reporting, process execution, and compliance, ensuring consistent and reliable support for recruiting teamsMaintain recruiting systems (e.g., Workday Recruiting, Phenom), ensuring accurate data, proper configuration, and consistent usage across the TA teamProduce and manage TA reporting, including pipeline activity, requisition management, process adherence, and compliance metrics, ensuring accuracy and usability for TA leadersEnsure process discipline across recruiting workflows, including requisition management, candidate dispositioning, and required documentationLead execution of audit readiness and compliance tracking, ensuring documentation, reporting, and processes meet internal standards and external requirementsExecute testing for system updates, workflow changes, and reporting enhancements, including tracking results and supporting rollout of improvementsDeliver training and ongoing enablement for recruiters and hiring teams on systems, reporting, and process expectations, ensuring consistent adoptionServe as a primary point of contact for TA operations questions, resolving issues and reinforcing standardized ways of workingIdentify patterns in system usage, reporting gaps, and process breakdowns, and escalate opportunities for improvement to the Sr TA Technology, AI & Analytics Lead What You Need To Succeed 5+ years of improving operational excellence across programs, systems, or projects with cross-functional teams. Experience with technology platforms, reporting tools, and metrics. Experience with a Talent Acquisition technology stack is a plus.Comfort mapping processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting practical change management. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups and operate independently.
