About the Role

You’ll receive the training and support needed to excel in your role and reach your full potential, whether you work in an office, operate machinery, or troubleshoot technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate and exempt-level field-based positions with minimal guidance, ensuring a smooth experience for hiring teams and candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to fully understand each position and set recruitment expectations
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, agencies, and candidates, while managing candidate expectations and providing timely feedback
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to grow the applicant pool and seek referrals
  • Proactively source candidates online using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google when needed
  • Manage the SuccessFactors ATS, including requisitions, postings, and candidate tracking
  • Lead salary negotiations in alignment with approved salary grades, company goals, and candidate expectations to secure offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring teams to create job profiles and marketing materials supporting recruitment activities
  • Assist in metrics reporting to analyze various aspects of the recruitment process
  • Manage the corporate recruiting internship program and assist with social media initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members on initiatives and present ideas compellingly to gain commitment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with at least 1 year of agency experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with SuccessFactors ATS strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in using the Internet for research (Boolean search skills preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage a large workload, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
