About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization's recruitment strategy and hiring processes to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role oversees full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition programs while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to meet current and future staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and hire qualified talent aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage recruiting operations, including applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, and recruitment marketing programs.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and establish hiring priorities.
- Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, workforce planning initiatives, employer branding efforts, and external partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Talent Acquisition certification a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive talent acquisition experience and at least two (2) years of management experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruiting technologies.
- Expertise in ATS platforms and recruiting technology solutions (UKG and SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred).
- Solid experience with workforce planning and talent analytics, including experience monitoring and reporting on critical recruitment KPIs.
