About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment process for home health positions, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top talent to support its mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for home health positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-person interviews and background checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including providing orientation and training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in home health recruitment.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Proven success in managing recruitment processes and building strong candidate relationships.
- Strong understanding of home health care industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
